Dr. Thomas Earley LCPC provides behavioral health services in our Canaan location and Sebasticook Family Doctors is now offering   Laurie Mahar, , PMHNP provides medication management services in our dexter location. Care Management Services.

Same Day Appointments

Sebasticook Family Doctors sets aside routine and acute visits at each location for patients with same day issues.

On-site Paperwork Assistance

Staff at Sebasticook Family Doctors can assist patients with many different types of paperwork. Paperwork from our office, MaineCare applications, applying for housing assistance and social security disability paperwork.

Smoking Cessation

In our Canaan location patients can participate in a program to assist them with the difficulty of quitting smoking.

Sports Physcials

Sebasticook Family Doctors offers $30 Sports Physicals for patient with no insurance and or patient's whose insurance does not cover Sports Physicals.

5210 Let's Go Program

The 5210 Let's Go Program is a program to decrease the number of overweight and obese children in Maine. Sebasticook Family Doctors provides materials to children and families at their well child visit.

Children also can ask about our Silly Bandz Challenge. This is a challenge using Silly Bandz that encourages children to eat 5 servings of fruits or vegetable each day. The child starts with all 5 silly bandz on one wrist and as they eat a serving of a fruit or veggie they are able to move 1 silly band to the other wrist. The goal is to get all the silly bandz to the opposite wrist each day.

FREE Fluoride Varnish Program

Sebasticook Family Doctors offers free fluoride varnish for all patients.
