If you have Primecare insurance coverage you must contact them to select your PCP Before your appointment. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the charges due at that appointment. This also applies if your insurance plan is an HMO, such as Anthem

If You Run Out of Your Prescription Medicine

We have a 48 hour prescription refill policy, therefore you can call 48 hours prior to the time you plan to pick your medication up.

  4. Pharmacy You Use
  5. Provider
  6. Medication
  7. Dosage
  8. Number of Times a Day you Take your Medicine
