

Sebasticook Family Doctors offers a Sliding Fee Program for patients that are income eligible.
We offer assistance with application directly to the drug companies to apply for free medications for patient who do not have insurance or are in their Medicare donut-hole if they qualify. Each drug company has different eligibility requirements.
Sebasticook Family Doctors was the first FQHC to bring the SunRx 340B program to Maine. Patients receive a significant savings off their prescription medications when using a Participating pharmacy.

Sebasticook Family Doctors is now a participating provider in the Maine Breast and Cervical Program. If you are woman age 40-64, have no insurance or a large deductible, live in the State of Maine and your income is below 250% of the poverty level you may be eligible to receive a free physical exam which includes a clinical breast exam, pelvic exam and a PAP test. You may also be eligible to recieve a screening mammography at a participating hospital. Please ask your Care Team at your next visit or contact Outreach at 355-3049 for more information.
The Harold Alfond College Challenge is a program for baby's and their future. With the completion of a Next Gen application your baby will get a FREE $500 grant to start the fund and you will never have to add money to it.
