If you have Primecare insurance coverage you must contact them to select your PCP Before your appointment. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the charges due at that appointment. This also applies if your insurance plan is an HMO, such as Anthem

If you do not have prescription coverage and are below 200% of the poverty level, you may qualify for free Prescriptions.
Talk to your Provider or Medical Assistant to find out if the prescription medications you are taking have a free drug program.
Your Medical Assistant will contact our Outreach Department with the information. Then the Outreach Department will contact you to start the application process.
