If you have Primecare insurance coverage you must contact them to select your PCP Before your appointment. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the charges due at that appointment. This also applies if your insurance plan is an HMO, such as Anthem

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to have your appointment rescheduled.
After missing one appointment without calling to cancel in advance you will receive a warning letter.
If you miss another appointment after receiving the warning letter, you may risk being terminated as a patient at Sebasticook Family Doctors.
If you are having an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room on call 9-1-1.
