If you have Primecare insurance coverage you must contact them to select your PCP Before your appointment. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the charges due at that appointment. This also applies if your insurance plan is an HMO, such as Anthem

Sebasticook Family Doctors has approximately 500 prescription medications in our 340b Drug Program that are available to our patients at a discounted cost. In order to utilize this program you must be a patient of Sebasticook Family Doctors and you must use the Community Pharmacy.
There are two Community Pharmacies that maintain our program.

Lipitor 40 mg for a 30 day supply
Retail: $132.99 or on the 340b program $77.56.
Walmart Pharmacy also has a $4.00 Generic Prescription Program. Ask your provider if your medications have a Generic medication which is on Walmart’s list.
