Sebasticook Family Doctors is a non-profit 501C3 Federally Qualified Health Care Center. Our facilities are located in Newport, Dexter, Canaan, Dover-Foxcroft and Pittsfield. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured regardless of their ability to pay. Our patients can take advantage of programs such as prescription assistance, healthcare discount and outreach services.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
